"got a cam?" "cyber?".

Here it was..

Stranger: what now, huh?
Stranger: what now?!
You: I DON'T KNOW!
Stranger: thank you!
Stranger: an honest answer for once!
You: what answer did you get before it?
Stranger: well, I'm not just asking "what now"
Stranger: I asked someone "So what do you do for a living?"
Stranger: and s/he responded, "I'm a doctor."
Stranger: and then could absolutely NOT answer my follow-up questions
You: hmm yeah its obvious
You: then nice to get my answers, haha
Stranger: let's be honest with each other
Stranger: ok?
Stranger: this is the game:
Stranger: we will ask each other any question at all
Stranger: (that doesn't reveal explicitly who we are)
Stranger: and we have to answer them honestly
You: hmm okay
Stranger: so like, you won't know my name
Stranger: and I won't know yours
Stranger: and we can just be nice and anonymous
Stranger: but honest
Stranger: honesty is the key for this conversation to be interesting
You: but my english's too poor to make a sentence
Stranger: got it?
You: hmm ok
Stranger: don't worry about that. your sentences are fine
Stranger: ok. ask me any question. you go first.
You: will you go to heaven or hell?
Stranger: I think I'll go to heaven
Stranger: I might spend a few years in purgatory, but I'll end up in heaven
You: how about underworld?
You: well, next anyway
Stranger: ok my turn
Stranger: are you in love with anyone?
You: [censored]
Stranger: why??
You: [censored]
Stranger: oh wow
Stranger: well you know
Stranger: lots of complicated things have happened before
Stranger: I have actually
You: and how about you?
Stranger: heard of a wedding
Stranger: where THREE people married each other
Stranger: my sister and her husband attended this wedding
You: OH GREAT
You: that's weird
You: my turn
Stranger: ok
You: have you did anything that makes you feel being an extreme sinner in the world?
You: (oh my english sooo bad)
Stranger: (don't worry about it, I can understand you)
Stranger: ummm... I don't think I've done anything so bad
Stranger: I've had a lot of pre-marital sex
Stranger: but I don't think that that's so bad
Stranger: I occasionally do drugs
Stranger: but I don't think I'm going to hell for it
Stranger: does that make sense?
You: hmm i guess not
You: we're strangers anyway
Stranger: do you think I'm going to hell for these things?
You: much people did that kind of sin... as long as you go to church and pray for yourself, i think you're not gonna go to hell
Stranger: yeah, I'm not too worried about it
Stranger: ok my turn
Stranger: what are three things you want to do before you die?
You: first, PRAY
You: second, say LOVE to person that i had fell with
You: third, give my whole money to poor people
You: just kind of typical wishes, HAHAHA
Stranger: haha
Stranger: those are nice
Stranger: ok, ask me one last question, then I must go
You: do you believe in God?
Stranger: I do believe in God, but I think the way I believe in God is different than most people
You: why is that?
Stranger: well, I don't think of God as like a person, really
Stranger: more like a mysterious force
Stranger: at times both comforting and terrifying
You: yeah indeed
You: can you gimme more detail of that "mysterious force"?
Stranger: well
Stranger: it's hard to explain
Stranger: but
Stranger: I think that
Stranger: I don't think there's a God that's sitting around and judging my every action
Stranger: I think, rather, that there's a God within all of us
Stranger: that tries to guide us to do the right thing
You: isn't that an angel?
Stranger: maybe
You: it makes no difference with angel then
You: well but i agreed
Stranger: and I believe that this God within us
Stranger: has a strong connection to our surroundings
Stranger: and our peers
Stranger: and everything that we interact with
Stranger: not just in our actions, but in how our actions are perceived
You: and what is in your mind when you did your sins?
You: God's still watching you anyway
Stranger: but I don't think that God would consider the things I do to be so terrible
Stranger: for example, sex
Stranger: if I'm having normal consentual sex and nobody's feelings are getting hurt
Stranger: why should that upset God?
Stranger: I believe that we, human beings, are the ultimate expression of God
Stranger: and that we are only truly sinning if another human being expresses anger or sadness because of what we've done
You: oh great
You: i've never thinked about that way
You: so, you don't associate free sex as a sin?
Stranger: I think so long as nobody gets hurt, it isn't a sin
Stranger: but
Stranger: there ARE responsibilities
Stranger: you can't just go around having unprotected free sex with whomever you like
Stranger: what if someone who can't afford to get pregnant
Stranger: gets pregnant?
Stranger: then it's a sin because the resulting child will not have a good life
Stranger: or what if you have a disease and are spreading it to another person?
Stranger: then it's a sin because you are willingly infecting other people.
You: and how about stealing?
You: i mean, if you steal with nobody knows it
Stranger: like what?
You: it's still a sin then
You: when you steal something worth
You: but no one knows it (maybe because it smallness, who knows)
You: it's still a sin, isn't it? even no one gets hurt
Stranger: sure
Stranger: but it's a small sin
Stranger: stealing a piece of candy is a small sin
Stranger: stealing a car is a bigger sin
Stranger: killing a man is a huge sin
You: ah!
You: how about killing?
You: when you killed someone, you might try to hide the corpse
You: and no one knows it
Stranger: yes, but the person you've killed knows it
Stranger: and all the people that love the person you've killed
You: yeah?
Stranger: yeah
Stranger: see, if you killed me, for example
Stranger: and hid the body
Stranger: you might never get caught
Stranger: but
Stranger: you'll still be causing harm to all the people that love me
Stranger: my friends, my lover, my family
Stranger: you will be causing them pain
Stranger: even if you never get caught
Stranger: even if my body is never found
You: ah, too bad :|
Stranger: haha. why? do you have the urge to kill me?
You: hmm of course not, i have no right to kill someone :)
You: but i just consider free sex is a sin
Stranger: why?
You: firstly, in my religion, it's mentioned forbidden
You: ah, well, maybe just that
You: i'm scared of God's will
Stranger: to me
Stranger: the way I think of religion
Stranger: is this: over history, people have used religion to justify doing terrible, terrible things to one another
Stranger: the 9/11 terrorists, for example
Stranger: or the crusades
Stranger: and even hitler
You: emh
Stranger: and so to me
You: but how about a punishment in hell?
Stranger: well
Stranger: would you agree that the 9/11 terrorists did a terrible thing? would you agree that they have sinned?
You: yeah sure
Stranger: but you see
Stranger: THEY believed
Stranger: that they were going to HEAVEN for doing that!
Stranger: to me, religion is mostly a guide
Stranger: organized religion, that is
Stranger: I go to church, sure
Stranger: and I listen to and believe a lot of what they say
Stranger: particularly if they're talking about being good to one another
Stranger: and listening to the good things that God has to tell us
Stranger: but as far as sinning and bad things go
Stranger: my belief is that you're only as bad as the misery you cause
Stranger: and I try to not cause too much misery in my life
You: oooh...
You: oh my geez
Stranger: haha
You: it's great
You: really i've never met an idealist person like you
Stranger: well I'm glad we met
Stranger: :)
Stranger: you know
You: just don't know how to repulse your talk
You: but it's cool
Stranger: for a while, I didn't believe in God
Stranger: but I had a vision
You: ehm, so did i
Stranger: last year
You: tell me then
Stranger: it's a complicated story
Stranger: but
Stranger: I'll just put it like this:
Stranger: I became overwhelmed one night
Stranger: with gratitude
Stranger: for having met my lover
Stranger: I am going to marry this person -- we are engaged
Stranger: and one night, while thinking about this deeply, I started crying passionately
Stranger: I was overcome with a feeling of thanks
Stranger: thanks for having met such a wonderful person
Stranger: and really, there was no one to thank except God
You: and then?
Stranger: so I thanked God
Stranger: and I stopped crying
Stranger: I saw, I felt the presence of God in me, in my life
Stranger: and then a month later
Stranger: my grandmother died
Stranger: and I started going to church again
You: and what's the relation about it all?
Stranger: well
Stranger: my grandmother lived a great life
Stranger: and hundreds of people came to her funeral
Stranger: and they all told me such wonderful stories about her
Stranger: about how loving and kind and accepting she was
Stranger: for example, I have some gay cousins
Stranger: and one of them got married
You: wew
Stranger: and the older generation in my family -- my uncles and aunts -- none of them wanted to go to the wedding
Stranger: but my grandmother said, "But it's our son! And he's happy!"
Stranger: she went to the wedding
Stranger: and many of our aunts and some of uncles decided to go
Stranger: because of my grandmother
Stranger: to me, that's REAL love
Stranger: that's God's love
Stranger: it's a very accepting love
Stranger: and you know what? Everybody that I spoke with at the funeral
Stranger: had stories like this
Stranger: about my grandmother
You: oh great
You: i don't know what to type
Stranger: haha, it's ok
Stranger: to me, God is Love
Stranger: God is Acceptance
Stranger: God is Gratitude
Stranger: God is Peace
Stranger: because the only times I've ever truly felt God's presence
Stranger: were times when I have reflected strongly on love, acceptance, gratitude, and peace
You: oh and it's about your grandmother too
Stranger: well, she was deeply religious, too
Stranger: she prayed day and night
You: i just can type 'great', it's the only exact word
Stranger: haha, it's ok
You: and anyway
You: how about hell and heaven?
You: do you believe in those?
Stranger: I'm not sure if I do
Stranger: I hope there's a heaven
Stranger: I hope if there's a heaven, that my grandmother's there
Stranger: I do believe in some kind of afterlife
You: yeah, afterlife
Stranger: but I don't know that we get judged on the way up or on the way down
You: just skeptic about it
Stranger: I think we all just sort of become part of God
You: and what if hell and heaven don't exist?
Stranger: that doesn't bother me so much
Stranger: actually, if hell doesn't exist, then that makes me happy
Stranger: 'cause the idea of Hell is really scary
You: ah yeah indeed
You: and in heaven... there'll be a eternity
You: i just can't imagine how "eternity" looks like
Stranger: yeah. I don't know if it's something that can be seen
Stranger: have you ever had a dead loved one visit you?
You: nope
Stranger: my sisters and I have
Stranger: our grandmother visited us
You: ah, i can't remember it :|
You: in dream, isn't it?
You: i thought i have
Stranger: maybe in dream
Stranger: and maybe we were just thinking it
Stranger: but
You: and anyway, it's late 2:04 AM in here
Stranger: ahh, ok
Stranger: well, goodnight, Stranger
Stranger: I hope you find your way
You: just don't wanna talk about spirits :P
Stranger: haha, oh, ok
You: and i think i'll go to bed now
Stranger: goodnight!
You: it's really nice to chat with you
Stranger: you too
You: the very different one
You: ok, so we won't know each other right?
Stranger: I have no idea who you are
You: same here haha
You: i love your game
Stranger: haha
Stranger: good!
Stranger: me too
Stranger: ok, I should go, too
Stranger: bye bye!
You: bye!
You have disconnected.

Hm. Obvious, isn't it? What he talked about was a reality, no doubt and I know.

Just in a simple case, gw belum pernah ketemu orang yang kayak dia. Just like I said, it was a reality. I do believe in those, but still skeptic.

Skeptic. But thanks anyway. You made my night, stranger.
